Repairs are done as soon as they come in, usually the same day. in the event of special parts to be ordered for your device an estimated time frame will be given on parts ordered and repair date.

What will happen to my device , if I don't pay the repair Invoice right away?
Upon our policy, devices that have been repaired or diagnosed will be held for payment for the period of 30 days, after 30 days if no payment is made for repair, the device will become property of Techsmart Repair to cover repair cost.
What if my device is not repairable?
A diagnostic fee of $25 will be assessed to cover technician cost and time, this will also cover shipping unrepairable device to you.
How will I know the cost of my repair?
After the diagnosis is done an estimate will be sent to your cell phone or email, this will include cost of repair, you will select to yes proceed with repair or state no do not repair
How will I pay for completed repairs?
TechSmart Repair will send you an Invoice to your cellphone or email, open the link to submit payment right off your cell phone or email to pay for repair.
When will I receive my device?
As soon as payment is posted, device will be mailed same day. Regular ground shipment can take 3-5 days. Payments posted after 4 pm will be processed and shipped the next day. expedited next day ship will be an additional fee of $25 Please request this option on return address option.
If my computer has a virus how long does it take to clean it up?
Usually viruses can be removed and your computer cleaned up the same day we receive it. The laptop or computer will then be packaged and shipped to you same or next day. expedited next day shipping is $25 extra please select this option on return address option.
What about my data? will I loose all my data if my phone is repaired or worked on?
Usually we recommend backing up your data on the iCloud if it is an iPhone, make sure you have plenty of storage on the cloud to do this, if your storage allowed is full please make sure you upgrade your storage to allow a full backup of your data. Although we repair the device to the fullest of our ability, we cannot guarantee that your data will show up once we complete repair, some devices come in not working or not powering on and upon turning the device on(replacing bad parts , we find the only way to use the device is by restoring the phone to factory settings, because of this the data can be lost due to the reset, that’s why its important to back it up if all possible. If your device is a Samsung backing up your device to your google account is recommended. and follow the same pattern of backing up device. TechSmart Repair cannot and will not be held liable for data lost due to repair.
Are your technicians certified technicians?
Our technicians our highly skilled and have had over 10 years of experience working with smartphone and computer repairs, we have had continued trainings and have attended training school with some of the best in the Cellular Repair industry. Our techs have received certifications of completion in motherboard repair, and micro soldering repairs in both smartphone and tablet repairs along with general repairs.
Our repairs come with a 90 day warranty. Should the device stop working we will cover the label to and from in our shipping. (expedited shipping will not be covered under warranty) and return the device to you as soon as repair is complete. This does not extend your warranty period. The period is only 90 days even if we repaired device in the end of the 90 day period.
what is not covered is broken screen with cosmetic damage. Damaged internal LCD’S, any tampering with the device that caused damage, locking up your device, temper protective glass, any other defective items or parts that were not worked on previously. example :If you sent your device in for a screen repair but now your phone is not powering on due to bad battery, this will not be covered under warranty.
